Job Responsibility

Publishing – 30%

  • Create custom post layouts and publish content (150-200 contents/mo) using Gutenberg/Block Editor in WordPress.
  • Being able to create custom blocks for Gutenberg and make them re-usable for multiple websites.
  • Implement functionalities within the posts such as interactive fields, maps, link hover effects, infographics, responsive charts, etc.

WordPress UI/UX – 25%

  • Optimize the front end of our digital assets for core web vitals and loading speed. 
  • A/B test product placements, CTA buttons, font size/weight, color palettes, content layout, sidebars, header/footer to maximize the user experience.
  • Customize WordPress themes, plugins and enhance functionalities as per requirement. 

Monetization Optimization – 25%

  • Being able to tweak the Ad placeholders, tag tester, video ads, native ads, etc. 
  • Make sure the Ad placements don’t bother the loading speed or core web vitals. 
  • Being able to use Amazon Product Advertisement API. 
  • Being able to use product affiliate link globalizer tools like Amazon One Link or Geni.us. 

Web App/Online Tool Creation – 20%

  • Create responsive product recommendation inventory for our digital assets.  
  • Create formula-driven calculator Apps and embed them on the WordPress frontend. 

Add-on Requirement(not mandatory)

  • An intermediate command over Python and Python-to-WordPress.
  • Command over customizing Excel.
  • Experience in writing SEO-friendly content. 

Benefits and COnditions

  • Basic Remuneration of BDT 25,000
  • Probation Period 1.5 Months (Half Pay)
  • Travel allowance and Food allowance (According to the company policy)
  • Festival Bonus: 50% of the Basic Remuneration (2 Times a Year)
  • Salary Revision after 6 Months

  • Fluency in English, written and oral.
  • Decent researching ability.
